The making of Pizza Tower Pizza: They start with dough made fresh daily in the store then cover it with just the right amount of sauce made from their own recipe. Next they add the toppings of your choice selected from over 30 appetite pleasing items. Your pizza is then topped with a generous portion of a blend of the best cheeses available. Choose your toppings from the list of traditional items, specialty items, chicken, and shrimp. The menu also features a dozen pasta dishes, hoagies, salads, appetizers and calzones. Hours: 11 AM- 10 PM Sunday through Thursday, 11 AM- 11 PM Friday and Saturday. Dining room closes one half hour before closing. AAA members buy one entrée; get one free (up to a $6 value).
